Today BMX would like to share his amazing story about how he became ripped
It all started out when BMX had a dream of this lady.
His whole life he has always wanted to be a beefcake, so he decided it was the day to start.
He stopped eating greasy foods.
and started a juice diet.
He also quit smoking cigs and went for a more "all natural" approach to sooth his needs.
Then he started the 7/24 work out regiment.(Queue Montage Music)
It starts at 7:24 am
Then he heads to the local church for some cardio.
He then heads to Muscle Beach for some intense weight lifting.
He then heads over to the bars to work more on his upper body strength.
After a whole day of working out he heads home and gets to bed by 7:24 pm
After only 6 week the results were astounding.
