In my opinion hitler was and is the worst war criminal. he killed millions of innocent people. While kony killed maybe 100,000 at a push. I'm not saying he's good person but the worst war criminal is taking it a bit far. There were many worse war criminals then him.

I want to get a new graphics card (right now I have the intel hd graphics chip), I want to be able to play most games on high graphics. What do you guys recommend. Also would I need to get a new processor is the one I have fine. Keep in mind, I bought this computer about 2 months ago, so my budget is on the small side around £160 for the graphics card. I was going to buy san andreas for my pc, I was thinking if it could run the game decently well and maybe do a little bit of a let's play. I know san andreas was made in 2004 but you never know.
