  1. Not bad. Not great, but not bad. The pacing was a little slow for me, but I enjoyed the music, and thought the general idea was cute. I wanted some kind of pay off since I'm familiar with all the characters, so I would recommend trying to find something to wrap it all up, like a funny moment, or something personal, or way out in left field. Welcome to the forums.
  2. I see what you mean. Kind of a Nietzsche, "Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you." I like it.
  3. Huh. Thanks boss. "Over the Top" introduced me to the concept, but I never looked into it.
  4. What's it like having an African-American cat?
  5. Tardigrades. Tardigrades are notable for being one of the most complex of all known polyextremophiles. (An extremophile is an organism that can thrive in a physically or geochemically extreme condition that would be detrimental to most life on Earth.[3][4]) For example, tardigrades can withstand temperatures from just above absolute zero to well above the boiling point of water, as well as pressures greater than any found in the deepest ocean trenches, along with solar radiation, gamma radiation, ionic radiation— at doses hundreds of times higher than would kill a person and have lived through the vacuum of outer space. They can go without food or water for nearly 120 years, drying out to the point where they are 3% or less water, only to rehydrate, forage, and reproduce.[citation needed] Usually, tardigrades are 1 millimetre (0.039 in) long when they are fully grown. They are short and plump with 4 pairs of legs, each with 4-8 claws also known as "disks." The animals are prevalent in moss and lichen and, when collected, may be viewed under a very low-power microscope, making them accessible to the student or amateur scientist as well as the professional.[5][6] -Wikipedia page on Tardigrades That link will take you to a good video about these crazy creatures. This is fairly out there as well. l
  6. BAN! (Just kidding) Welcome to the forums, boss.
  7. I played GTA 8 in the back of some guys van a week ago. I don't wanna talk about it.
  8. To make the world a sadder place, I must ask (because I don't know) what is double clutching?
  9. Details. Greater depth. Better battles. What took place in season 2 was a yawn fest compared to the books. The audio books are good as well. Just be sure it's unabridged and you have a road trip or a project coming up.
  10. One time, when waiting in line with a bunch of open mic comedians to preform at an open mic, a lady plowed into another lady, causing the victim to be pushed through a surf shop facade. No one was hurt, but there were two tragedies that day. Neither lady was Asian, and no one made a joke about it.
  11. I grew up in upstate New York and lived in Telluride, Colorado for a spell, so I was a manual man myself. Since I moved to the cities of California, manual became a bother, so I've switched to automatic. I'm not proud, but it makes more sense. Stay manual, brother, stay manual.
  12. I'm getting Ex-President masks for every heist if possible. RIP Patrick Swazye.
  13. This is what I learned in history class today.
  14. Have her get artistic with the bruising and you can tell your friends you have shape-shifting tattoos. That's what Dad always used to make me say.
  15. I dont think he is trolling, i think he might be from a different country. That's an automatic ban, I believe.
  16. I will readily agree that Jim Goad, the author of the article, is an instigator, a verbal bully, and someone that thinks they are whittier than they are. But I just described myself as well.
  17. So here's an article from one of my favorite writers. He's not my favorite because I agree with him often, but quite the opposite. Mr. Goad makes me question where I stand on everything under the sun. This article, http://takimag.com/a...t#ixzz2SjCI9liS, discusses, "Meg Lanker-Simons, who I’ll presume hyphenates her surname to prove she’s not beholden to the patriarchy, is a bespectacled female wildebeest who grazes the campus of the University of Wyoming, always on the lookout for sexual harassment but never quite able to find it. On Thursday she will appear in court to face misdemeanor charges that she interfered with a police investigation by fabricating an online male identity who claimed he wanted to “hatefuck” her and thus transform her into a “good Republican bitch.” After this initial—and, according to police, self-generated—post on April 24, Lanker-Simons responded by saying, “I’m left to wonder if there’s someone out there with a violent fantasy about me….” I have known several women, who have been sexually attacked or taken advantage of, and I also have had a former friend who falsely cried rape. It blew my mind, and turned out to be an elaborate scheme to drive off her fiance. When this happened, I did not think anyone would ever lie about a rape. This is a difficult subject, but needs to be more openly discussed, so I brought it to y'all, my brothers and sisters of sweetness and light.
  18. Yeah that's why I threw "only" in there
