So just picked up a copy of the suffering (not the ties that bind as its shit) and I'll be damned its just as good as I remembered if you can find it I would strongly recommend playing it again. Almost a decade and I would say its one that stands the test of time

The marines had very little problems in Mogadishu it was actually the army rangers an delta then later on elements of the un forces in the area that' had the problems and in fact NOT the marine corps, the corps actually took control of almost 1/3 of the city and the major airport in 2 weeks! Yes you do stand corrected. That is all

Nope my rico is completely unshaven And trust me the story does not live up to the name, when I got my first live account I thought I could have the name rico as in the r.i.c.o act however someone already had the name rico (like that wasn't gonna be the case right) Xbox live suggested unshavenrico I hadn't shaved for like 2 days so thought it was like fate. Told you the story was wank splash. I did manage to change my middle name all be it not to xboxeddy but changed it to excelsior... Onwards and upwards baby!

Some bint I was talking to on the net years and years ago called me it one time, she would ask what have you been up to today? I would say playing Xbox and she called me xboxeddy and I liked the name, on a side note I almost changed my middle name to xboxeddy until my wife put the kibosh on that idea. My old name was unshavenrico, but that's a whole other story

I switch between the main game and the episodic add on's but and then back to the main game etc.. But I do it only when the stories cross over, for example the mission where Niko has to kill that biker for the Russian that's when I jump to tlad and then once I am up to that part in tlad I will go back to main game or variations of the same

One of my best memories of this series was during a online co-op battle against AI I threw a grenade but didn't hear it go off, the kid I was in session with asked me "did you see that?" It turned out that my grenade had hit a German in the head and killed him. I wish I had of seen it happen.
