    All pretty accurate but in most states especially in CA, cops aren't going to attempt to shoot your tires out if you stole a car, or something petty like that. I guess if your out shooting like crazy and drive off they may, but realistically in CA, they wouldn't risk the shot.

    I want to have the side mission of being a police officier and being able to actually pull people over and fuck with them. And also be able to go to crimes being commited in the vicinity. With that I would never get tired of the game even after the story is over.

    Any cops that see you doing a crime and you shoot them before they call it in, should result in you not getting a wanted level. Even if they do, if you kill all the cops in the vicinity, you should be able to get away but have to change your car license or apperance like Mafia II did. And if your on foot then change your clothes.

    Awesome idea. Could have different kinds like preppy ones in the high class suburbs, and then hood ones in the government housing districts.

    No, Close but no, "country" police don't carry double barrel shotguns lol. There not grandpa jinkens on his front porch with a big ol dip in. Police should carry standard carry, Glock 17,19, Berreta 92FS, or higher ranks can have a variety of different kinds. Police and Military currently aren't issued Scar's but it would be nice to buy from the black market, to kind of put you ahead of the police/military. Id like to have the Micro Uzi, maybe dual wield like in SA. Deagle, Ak, M4, more heavys, like RPKs,M240s, cool shit like that.

    I think, since the Protagonist is in CA he will commonly come across weed in the game. But I just can't wrap my head around seeing a middle aged, experienced career criminal with kids sittin back and lightin up one. Just can't see it. Now if our Protag. was someone from the expansion pack LAD, then it would make more sense for the Protag to use meth, crack, heroin, or whatever, but just not in V, IMO. Goin out on a limb here, but I think it would be cool to be able to play as multiple people in the game, like play as the middle/high class white guy, and then go down to a Hispanic or Black hood guy, peddlin dope from the cartels.

    Nasty gaping head wounds like those in RDR would do just fine, they were kind of realistic. Yeah, id think that would be better then nothing, If they did the body part dismemberment, or whatever you wanna call it, it would have to pretty damn realistic for R* to compete with the other games with that kind of content in it and for them to even put it in their game, also it would be a new level for competitors to try and meet and exceed. I wanna have this more than anything else, bring on the gore R*!

    /facepalm Well most of the cops were fat as fuck, you can't expect them to dodge bullets. But all cops did have a significantly low level of intelligence, sub 70 IQ I'd say. yeah, id like to see more intelligent cops, and a more strategic attempt from the police as well. Not just sending hoards of police cars in, more things like road blocks, spike strips, perimenter block offs, etc..

    Also as mention above from GhostWryter, police need to be more realistic, they seemed in IV, stupid and resembled a small Japanese army that sent in men(police officiers) ruthlessly into the Burger Shot as you chopped them down with your AK or Micro Uzi. Their should be more tactical insertions done by the police not just loads of men being sent into one small place for you to kill from your hiding space. Also when im shooting at police in the street I noticed that they where pretty fearless as well, considering they were significantly outgunned. Dodging shoots and getting out of the way when im firing at them would definitely add to the more realistic value of the game, and put the user more into with the game.

    Weapon Customization. Not to the extent of COD but minimal things such as drum mags, suppressors, extended mags, bipods, etc... Also more gore, If they really wanted to make things awesome they could make it so body parts are blown off if correctly hit by a 12 gauge up close or heavy sniper rifle hits you such as a 50 cal. Or if I spray you with a micro uzi, theres tons of bullets holes in you as you fall back into the garbage cans.. Also like to see less bullets to kill police and civilians, I mean its probably been overstated like hell but if I shoot you dead center in the heart, you should die, or if I shoot you in the leg or arm you shouldn't be able to get back up or weild a gun with that hand.
