    if you go onto the internet in IV it makes references to LC high schools which are no where to be found on the map

    If anything I predict additions to the countryside to make it seem more part of something greater instead of a large random island, however the countryside could be boring, but im sure R* can find a way to make it both visually pleasing and entertaining.

    You better be worried because I'm gonna be gunning for you... and the Caraways maybe Shlong island? and Staten island of course (which could be called Staunton for old times sake.) maybe that's going to be another online mode add on, probably not but we can hope.

    ^This. I can't see any other way it would work. Maybe R* have thought of something better, but I'm sure it's something along those lines. well, most curtainwalls (those buildings with the mirrorish glass panels) are tinted so I could see that working. If they are all tinted windows then you could shoot anywhere with no correlation to where the apartment is and that could sort of solve the problem. however, this would mean that all apartments would have to be in more modern buildings, so no older apartments with the classic windows I suppose?

    I hope the classic rock station grabs that California sound, Hotel California would be a great start and there needs to be some tunes from the doors, ccr, the grateful dead, maybe even some beach boys... and on a side note it would be nice to get a few roy ayers tunes because those fit in everywhere agreed maybe even listen to the music

    Not necessarily, if he is trying to get out of that line of work then i would imagine his old superiors would possibly hunt him down(possible antagonist) and of course i believe it may have something to do with his character trying to reform his life with his ill-gotten gains and possibly invest in real estate. However, with this suggested theme of a failing economy i imagine your character loses everything at one point and you have to go through extreme measures to get back on your feet(Jewelry store heist?) So i believe he could certainly pass as the character. and on a side note Ned Luke's voice could pass for the voice in IV, and this gives the protagonist good reason to get back in contact with Niko as he is a former associate (and i certainly know at least for me, that i absolutely want to see Niko in the storyline)

    I get the feeling that the protagonist might be "the fixer" from IV as he says that he was trying to get out of a particular line of work, so its a possibility i guess, highly unlikely but still a possibility.

    not at all too realistic, 'twas one of my favorite features of Mafia 2. I would get so freaking pissed at running red lights and parking in firelanes, etc. Maybe getting in a car crash or if they have a hardcore/soft core mode in the hardcore breaking the speed limit would be acceptable for a ticket. I believe this would be the best wanted system to implement as it is realistic but not annoying. http://www.gtaforums...howtopic=475147

    I found it funny how SA had the best Classic Rock station out of all of the GTA's and its supposed to be the 90's Urban Hip-Hop Los angeles you would of figured that VC or IV would have a Better classic rock station.

    I just thought about this problem, How will the continuity work in GTA V. with the decision feature in GTA IV you had choices over who would die Francis/Derrick, Playboy/Dwayne etc. how will this impact the charcters reflecting on events especially if Packie and Niko make appearances in the game. WIll Packie refuse to bring up these events surrounding his brothers death, Will niko refuse to chat about what happened with his cousin roman or mallorie. or will rockstar have a system of identifying your last saved GTA IV file and bieng able to detect what decisions you made and prompt the appropriate lines from the charcters. Because i would find it to be stupid if Niko talks about his cousin roman when meanwhile in your GTA IV file roman actually died.

    Yes! absolutely i was hoping somebody would say that. the warriors fighting system was the best, imagine how much better it could be with the RAGE engine.

    took the words out of my mouth, ive been saying this for years. I think the next gen consoles will have the capacity for that. also i would like to see 5 or 6 cities those cities bieng LC,LS,LV,VC a modern day remake for either detroit or chicago and maybe even SF just and having multiple protags start off in different cities. i hope thats what is on the horizon for future GTA titles.

    Yeah, absolutely i agree with that the govt can gain from decriminilization in both countries and i think for now that would be the best option.

    i live in a city in the GTA for those of you who dont know thats canadian slang for the Greater Toronto Area, the city i live in is a crappy little suburb a half hour from toronto, where all of the action is (great nightlife, amzing food and nice views.)My city is brampton and a funny statistic is that white people are almost a minority here its like 40 percent indian at least. heres a pic of the city This is toronto or how its pronounced with a toronto accent Toranno shit my photos didnt work for some reason

    When it comes to the government making a decision such as this you always have to ask this question "whats in it for them". the gov't will never do anything just for the sake of their peoples happiness there has to be something in it for them. The funny thing is that from an economical standpoint it makes sense for america to legalize it because there is money to made there, however here in canada our gov't makes more money off of it bieng illegal than it does with it bieng legal so the only way our gov't would benefit from legalizing it is if america does first. The reason bieng that 77% of america's weed comes from canada so when americans illegally export it from canada they pay the canadian guy who sold it to them obviously, now this person uses his profit from the transaction to buy whatever he wants (liquor, ciggarettes, furniture etc.) thus that drug money makes its way into the canadian economy, which is why our economy is doin alright. but if we legalized it americans wouldnt be able to get the wholesale deals they do now not to mention border security would become tight, and the only way the gov't would make money would be from the increased tourism, and the citizens purchasing weed at the store or whatever.With how much gov't money it would take to put all of this in action it would end up making less money than the gov't is now, so canada will never legalize it unless the states do first.

    Oh Trust me im not a moron, I understand that this information is most likely false like I previously stated that there was a 2 percent chance of truth, but thats a pretty low shot from out of nowhere I think you have a case of Internet Cojones and you feel tough behind your monitor. I dont really fuckin know where that came from and leads me to believe that maybe your takin it in the back door (or givin it if you bf is the bitch in the relationship) and you just maybe feel a little insecure. . . either that or your probably a virgin. one or the other.

Did he tell you "give me a Blowjob and i'll tell you some exclusive GTA information."; because if thats the case I've got a dick that needs unloading. well i thought it was kinda obvious that i didnt actually meet this guy, i simply found this on another gta site and put it in here for discussion because although you can say that its 98 percent most likely not true theres still a 2 percent chance that the info is true. and since R* wont tell us anything we might as well speculate the improbable who knows somewhere out there someone probably has some information thats true. In many months time we will have the game in our hands and be able to see for ourselves what is true, but until then we may as well hear the rumours and speculate what could be in the game and who could be in the game.

    thats a good point, peripheral vision is the one drawback i forgot to mention, nonetheless i would still like to see a FP view inside the car because even without the perif im still better at driving in that FP view rather than the third person view behind the vehichle.
