Yeah. I've seen it and I'm ashamed to admit I got a hard on. Unbelievably talented, second only to Messi. Looking forward to tonight's games, gonna be interesting viewing. Would love to see Ireland beat Italy, rooting for the paddy's tonight. On a realsitic note, look's like it's gonna be Spain and Italy in the quarters. Tough game for England either way.

I only started it a couple of days ago, I'm around 50 pages in. Good read so far, interesting. I'll buy the Big Bang when I'm finished with this one so thanks for the recommendation.

Currently reading Greatest Show On Earth, like Cuda. And History of God by Karen Armstrong. My library. Couple of boxing books, true crime, war etc. My football books are on loan somewhere.

My stupid freezer has no ice trays or a place to put said ice trays, so I've had to stock up on bags of ice this week. Plus the usual school dinner specials, fish fingers, chips, burgers etc.

This is the first Max Payne game I've played and I enjoyed every minute. Great action, story, characters etc. Feel almost ashamed for missing the first two so I've just downloaded them both off the Xbox Marketplace

Standing twist curl too. Start on 30 pounds, complete 30 reps on each arm with a few seconds break every 5 reps. Then 25 reps of 25 pounds and running down accordingly. Then repeat.

Ha. One of my mates is a massive United fan, thought I'd give him a quick ring and hurl some abuse. He's turned his phone off lol. Not to worry, I left him a five minute voicemail of me just laughing down the phone. In other news I'm sad to see Bolton get relegated after 11 years in the Prem. Looking forward to seeing ya next season at the City Ground lads.
