    Homemade chipotle black bean/corn burgers with smoked Gouda, fresh baby spinach, oregano, cilantro, cayenne pepper, garlic pepper, sriracha sauce, and a touch of Stone Oaked Arrogant Bastard chipotle hot sauce. All on a slice of toasted rosemary garlic sourdough bread from San Francisco. Fucking epic lunch. Wish I took a picture.

    Pretty funny switching to Michael to find him in his car in an alley with his head and arms resting on his steering wheel. He appeared to be stewing in negativity as usual. Also switched to Franklin as he was being thrown toward Lamar by police, appearing to have just been let out of custody.

    I agree with you 100%. I was hoping so badly for a metal station. The only good tune on the punk station I've heard is "My War" but the rest is lacking. I really liked The Journey in IV for night driving and was hoping for something similar but nope.. Two indie stations. I hate indie. I'd love to be able to put my own custom mp3 playlist in-between each stations commercials so I can still hear them and get the full game experience. We've been spoiled by every previous GTA's perfect soundtracks. Damn. On the subject of the driving, I was at first disappointed by the lack of realism, but then I remembered how much fun the arcade-like driving can be. It's just over-the-top awesome. 90% of the time, the damage is realistic, at least on smaller crashes. I can deal with it. I had a blast driving up and down mountains for a couple hours last night.

    I take back everything I said about the car handling. It fucking rules. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the music. (So far). As far as I can tell, there are only two rock stations and one of those is punk, so like LCHC only good for certain parts of the game. The rock station is full of overplayed earworms from the radio like Steve Winwood and Phil Collins. I hate how much electro there is and the pop station makes me want to kill babies. It feels like I'm at work or the mall hearing Rihanna and that bullshit. However, I haven't heard it all so hopefully there are some gems. It was a pleasant surprise hearing Gin & Juice and old school Ice Cube.

    I think mine is somewhere around 80". It belongs to my roommate who I rent this house with, but he's never around so the stunning high def and surround sound is all mine POV porn is pretty glorious on that sucker.

    When I finally realized that was I was giving a ride to I had the biggest smile on my face. The dialogue was brilliant, especially since his partner didn't believe a word he was saying about his past. Look forward to more encounters later in the game. Going to be some intense missions for sure.

    I have only done a couple, but I just had the most insane experience playing as Michael. Anybody seen the marijuana advocate? Any notable side missions like this you guys have experienced?

    Only problem is when the person you stole it from calls the cops for you. Ah. Haven't experienced this yet. I was only able to play the intro mission and first Franklin mission before I had to crash. Just need to get off work now and I'll have all night...

    Hmm didn't notice in my short time playing, but this could mean we get away with more.. I never did like a random cop spawning behind me everytime I stole a car in IV.

    Cool your jets, man.. I'm sure it doesn't affect the game that much. However I'm kind of in agreeance for a different reason.. I have the app, but am totally turned off by virtual pets and can see myself losing interest in feeding the dog after a week. I've been picking up his shit and feeding him when he's hungry for about 12 hours now and am already sick of it. I want to perform heists, drive fast cars, explore and kill. If I wanted to take care of a cyberpet I would have bought Nintendogs. I work at an animal hospital for fuck's sake. I'm haunted by barks. The car customization part of the app rules though!

    Intense first mission. Beautiful graphics. I love the smooth feel of gun combat. More to come after work tomorrow since I was only able to play a half hour tonight.

    I have noticed a lot of textures giving out.. Not as smooth as I would have like the opening credits to be, but it's still glorious graphics.. The car handling gave me some grief in Considering that's the only car I've driven, I'm hoping it's just due to the type of car I drove. Definitely something I can get used to, though.

    I'm really bad at pursuing the story in games like these. In Skyrim and the Fallout games, I explored for days before really advancing in the campaign. Since it's GTA, I'm going to do a couple hours of story mode to unlock many abilities I'd probably regret not having right off the bat. Then will come the exploring. Animal slaughter, airplane flying, suicides off cliffs, stunts with the sports cars, and experimenting with the different weapons and kill physics with the pedestrians. So sad I have to wait until 5pm tomorrow to play. Going to have to leave work early tomorrow.

    I had a fancy device that pushed a small amount of air into a wine bottle as you pulled for an easy uncorking. Worked like a charm countless times. Well, I bought a cheap bottle of two-buck Chuck and foolishly used it on that. The bottle exploded and cut straight through to the bone joint of my thumb and took the tip off my ring finger. I hadn't even had a glass. This is why I drink beer.

    I love a good Imperial IPA, Black IPA, or Porter, and really dig barrel-aged stouts when the time is right. Stone is my go-to, though. Anything they brew rules.
