    Anybody notice how the spotlight is turned on for the Police Cruisers? It's also turned on in a screenshot. Left one is off, while the right appears to be turned on. This is one of the things I've noticed along with some others in the quick analysis I did, I'm just to lazy to finish it.

    It just records it at 30 frames a second instead of the usual 50/60fps, but right now not very few games are 1080p at 60 fps on console. Which variant did you use? The PCI card has nothing but good reviews from what I've seen and saw from videos. The only reason I would guess it wouldprobably be shit was if your computer was and couldn't record and play at the same time.

    Fair Use Laws tend to over rule for offline. It's the Code of Conduct for Xbox and PSN that it normally breaks and affects. Not only that but EULA is a shrink-wrap license meaning said agreer cannot read the agreement until he's already accepted the agreement, so shrink-wrap licenses are not always legally binding.

    I really should setup another Xbox event, but I'm currently busy finishing up my class. I've noticed a couple of things in the screenshots that I don't think have been pointed out. I'll do a little bit of notetaking and try to upload them later tonight.

    It will record HD if you use the correct settings and cables. Make sure it will record through HDMI if you want HD. The most recommended is the HD PVR 2, I would prefer a PCI capture card and would recommend the Black Magic, dazzle used to be a key capture card but it went to shit.     Let's assume that Del Perro Pier is a quarter-mile long. The ship appears considerably shorter than that. Factor in the distance of the ship from Del Perro Pier, add that to the distance from the camera, and tell me again that it's a yacht. honky. Sorry, Gingin. I was lost in the humor of your statement.
