    It happens like that because vehicles typically spawn outside of player point of view. It happens in IV which isn't a bad thing it makes it easier to get a car especially when Multiplayer glitches out and vehicles don't spawn anywhere.

    Thats not very honest that game sucks. Depends on your play style really. Some good games that came out recently are Assassins Creed III, Borderlands 2, Halo 4 (Good Campaign), Call of Duty Black Ops II (Decent Campaign, Multiplayer is pretty solid).

    I thought the Multiplayer was rather bland/sucked It's all about the DMR or who can get to the power weapons first. I'm just glad that MP wasn't being whore'd with the player traits like Reach was. "Oh I'm getting shot better go into armor lock." I've not played online, I was talking solely about the campaign. The single player is amazing, I will give it that. I wasn't aware you were solely talking about campaign only.

    Windows 8 sucks. All programs have to be verified through Microsoft to work with Windows 8. Meaning Games like Minecraft do not work on Windows 8. I had the late build but quickly switched back to Windows 7 Ultimate.

Your rank will stay level 10 and will only increase Rockstar has only been removing players from the leaderboards who have achieved rank illegitimately mostly because I think it's hard to punish a player for something that is done to them without always having a consent.
