    They are online mods. I can't really go into detail how to do it because it requires warez but I can show you on Xbox 360 if you'd like. Also just a heads up Modders have the capability of freezing your console. That's okay, I know how to mod games. It seems like a strange thing to do though, risking your console/LIVE account to turn your helicopter red. Well it's not that there is more we can do, it's just only our screen that can see it. Rockstar sort of said they didn't mind us modding Unranked free-roam [can't find the quote as it was in the comments of social wire.] as long as it didn't effect other peoples game-play which is why the patched the more severe portion of the mods and car spawns/handling/texture mods. @Marney1 This video is more related to the topic at hand

    Here's a picture I took randomly to test the camera after I rooted my phone, I guess I can also use it a "Post a picture of your setup". The desk I made in December in my grandfathers woodshop it's a Maple top with Cherry trim. Underneath that is Sound activated LED's, I have a video of it but i'm to lazy.

    Go play GTAIV again, because this graphical damage is not in it. Of course it's not you imbecile because it's physical damage, graphical damage isn't terminology in the game world as all graphics are texture's. Since you think it's so easy to implement do it your self and send it to Rockstar, oh wait you can't because you don't realize that what you're asking for is a whole new physics engine and that can take years to create.

    10/10 for Act of Valor. Hands down that movie has to be one of if not the best movie I've seen. The only movie to show active duty military and the only movie to use live rounds. What that means is GTA's MP was filled with people the first 6 months it came out then it started dying off because people went to play newer games all the Ranked game modes died out first except for TDM and DM which has a small amount of people playing. People always play in Free Roam now that's why the next GTA needs MP like RDR.
