    GTA was never exclusive to Playstation it also released on PC (nintendo doesn't release M rated games) and when Microsoft launched Xbox in 2005 San Andreas came out for Xbox the same year and then the rest of the III series followed except for VCS & LCS.

    I'm not sure what it is but it looks as if the render wasn't fully rendered or was a choppy job was done as on the bottom black border it's not fully black it has blue tint in it but mostly on the Right side is the worst. Other than that it's not bad.

    It probably is but there are numerous things that will play into your speed. One common occasion is during Peak hours your ISP will cut your bandwidth down.

    Obviously you read it and obviously didn't understand it. It [The link] says "PS3 Exclusive" and that an article claims it to be PS3 Exclusive it doesn't mean it will be and exclusive game. Rockstar would lose over half the profits if it was an exclusive game they're not going to do something to lose money. Wrong, Microsoft paid $50,000,000 for the timed exclusive DLC's, so NO they don't favor Xbox 360.

    Yes, it shall. Although I don't like the gfx card you would use I would prefer the GTX Graphic's cards but to each his own. I personally plan on getting the GTX 590 for the fact it can run upto 3 monitors on a single card, but it's costly

(All those Military History courses I've taken have paid off greatly, those weapons I've seen/held pretty fuckin' epic, FUCK YOU COLOMBINE I had a chance to shoot them until that shit happened.)
