  1. They appear somewhat often. I can find them around any garage when I need one, but it can take some time for the 'random' cars to cycle through all the SUV types and start spawning Ballers.
  2. It's up to the host to decide if they want to allow custom cars in the race. It labels it as 'custom,' not as your personal vehicle.
  3. Since they're doing free DLC with clothes and cars and whatnot, I'd like a pack with some roughed up clothing. Everything in GTAO is too clean. I want to put on dusty fatigues and a bloody tank top for my dune buggy rides. I want a sweat-stained flannel shirt with rolled sleeves. I want things Trevor would wear. And a biker-style leather vest would be nice. I want to put our crew logo on something more respectable than a hoodie.
  4. If you can't spare the 16 grand to buy it from the site, one will turn up around Alamo Sea eventually. Just make sure you stay in the desert area. No dust = no dice. Turn around and head for the sand.
  5. Most people here are smart enough to only play with friends and crew members. Stop hanging out with ruffians and scoundrels. Unless they're people from here. This place is a wretched hive of scum and villainy.
  6. That honky stole my bike. Motherfucker straight up made me watch as he reinforced the stereotype of his character's race.
  7. You can have a house and a separate garage, because there's a trophy/achievement for having both, alongside an insured car. I'm not sure about multiple garages, actually.
  8. It's cheaper to buy an 80 grand apartment and a 6 car garage, or multiple 2 car garages.
  9. Did a little more research, had a bit of luck. Apparently, the interior is determined by the size of the garage, not the price. All places with 2 car garages share the same interior, regardless of price. From what I hear, places with 6 and 10 car garages share the same interior. Unless you want to be in a specific area of the city, don't bother getting the most expensive place, just get the cheapest place that has the size of garage you're after.
  10. Go away, I don't want to think about it. My new character is farther along than my old one was when I lost him.
  11. As far as I can tell, apartments in the same price range have the same interior. The $80k and $87k apartments are the same, and as I mentioned elsewhere, There's a $240k house with the same interior as the $400k house. I'm not sure if there's another interior for $100k-$200k houses. It seems like the prices are for different locations and views rather than variety or quality. Lazy.
  12. $87k was the one I had. If Fanboy has the same apartment, then the mystery remains.
  13. How much? What's it like? I worry that all apartments under $100,000 share the same interior.
  14. I don't plan on buying any, personally. I don't trust GTAO's stability right now, anyway.
  15. $100,000. Pretty reasonable, considering how little $3 gets you online. $20 gets you around a million.
  16. A place to call home that isn't the cold, lonely, streets of Los Santos.
  17. Yeah, there seems to be some confusion about that. Social Club gives you a free garage for every character in story mode. The Collector's Edition gives you a garage in GTA Online, and I think that's it. I didn't see anything on Social Club about a garage for GTAO. Did anyone here who doesn't have the Collector's Edition get a free garage online?
  18. I bought the same one. Unless multiple apartments have the same interior. The interior of the apartment from Mercy's most recent post in here is the same as the $400,000 place.
  19. "What would really turn me on, is you wearing clownface." Hey, if that's what you're into...
  20. The one in pre-release is locked now, for whatever reason, so I guess we'll just let this one ride.
  21. A dozen casinos and a dull suburb, a good game does not make. Fierro can hold its own in a game, but Las Venturas by itself would be boring.
