Not a stupid question. In theory, you could pre-order the Collector's Edition in August, but good luck finding a place that hasn't sold out. -

I made a crime-filled city in 2, and downloaded a table and chair set that looked like crates. Proceeded to sell crates of 'merchandise' from the docks. Open for Business made that whole city possible.
