Yeah, The Fall was a five- or six-issue comic series. Pretty good bathroom reading, but I was hoping for something more substantial.

I've been wanting Nikola Tesla to be the new Da Vinci in a future game, but Assassin's Creed: The Fall already used that time period, and only used Tesla for two pages. What a waste.

Ah, I see. Either you worded it wrong or I read it wrong, not sure which. My beliefs are just opinions and ideas, things that can change if I get new information that pertains to said beliefs, but you can't just up and change the structure of a religion; not without a war or two. That's why I could never equate a belief to a religion. -

Religion is made up of beliefs, but a set of beliefs is not necessarily a religion. The two are connected, clearly, but having beliefs is far from having a religion. A house is made of lumber, but a pile of lumber isn't a house. -

Everything you do in one game will affects the story. You might get something as small as a different mission, or a message, or something as big as a major change in the story, but everything you do has consequences. If you don't play the first two (or play through the interactive comic book, since PS3 didn't have the first game), decisions are made for you, and you might have to deal with shit you never would have done had you been able to make the choice yourself. There are constant references to the previous game, and you'll be lost in places if you haven't played it, but you should be able to make sense of most of the story.

That's a lot of games. I don't even know if the series is going to continue after AC3, since it's the end of the 2012 story. Ubisoft might let it end there and work on something new. I know rushing these games out to make the 2012 deadline has caused quite a few AC fans to get bored with the series, I wouldn't be surprised if AC3 was the end of the series, at least for a few years.

Although it was pretty much a guarantee that Assassin's Creed III would be out this year, it's been officially confirmed. http://www.g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/post/720836/assassins-creed-3-release-date-announced/ Fingers crossed for either China/Japan in the past, or a pure modern-day game with Desmond.

Text needs a border (or the upper-left section of the background image needs to be darkened), person overlapping the border makes it look like the sig was too big and was cut off. 6/10, 7.5 if altered as I have suggested. Or, you could leave the sig as-is and make me a bunch of static-filled monitors with eyes on them instead.

Who's your ISP? The bottom half of these pics won't load right now, so I can't tell. I get that speed tethering with my phone, so unless you're doing the same, you need to have a chat with them, you're getting all kinds of fucked.

It's not that bad all the time. I get a decent speed between midnight and 5am, which is when I do most of my work anyway. Plus, I'm downloading the Mass Effect 3 demo right now, which is slowing things down quite a bit.

For some reason, test results from Speedtest never finish loading for me, they just give up halfway through, and I have to F5. They're the only images that do that. Weird. No idea why you can't see mine at all, though.

Yeah, I fully expect this to end up being one of the regular trolls trying to pass as a new member, but if I see sociopathic tendencies, I have to treat them as genuine, just in case. Wouldn't want to drive off a like-minded individual.

Dark Souls was majorly under the radar for me, but I heard about the others almost non-stop throughout 2011. Odd he hasn't heard of a lot of them. I'm sure there's a reason for it, though.
