Meh, I'll probably rush out and buy it for PS3 the first time I see you and Dup talking about the previous night's adventures, anyway. I just got extremely pissed trying to download the Infamous 2 DLC, and I don't want to have to do that for 40 weeks.

I didn't really mean PTSD, and I definitely wasn't saying you regretted it or that you should have. I believe the same thing you believe about what you did, and I don't even believe in good or evil or morality, only perspective. I just meant it was some sort of remnant of that military/war way of thinking; you see something out of the corner of your eye that seems out of place, you tense up, try to investigate, try to figure out what's going on, or however you would handle it. That combines with the sleep paralysis, and it makes you panic. Fear of the dark would only make this worse.

I'm going to finish it solo first, and when I do, I'll mention it here. After that post, I'll more than likely be up for online shenanigans any time. But PSN had better stop being a cunt and learn to love my internet connection, because they've announced that they're going to be working on enough DLC to keep us interested for at least a year (I think they said 40 weeks' worth, that's one piece of DLC a week for 40 weeks), and I don't want to have to buy a second copy of the game just to download it. So... PSN didn't stop being a cunt. I think I'm going to have to switch my pre-order to 360 and buy the PS3 version used later on.

Possibly severe sleep paralysis, combined with, I don't want to say PTSD, but some kind of observation/vigilance/maybe even paranoia leftover from your military days? If you can't move when it happens, then sleep paralysis is almost a certainty, can't think of anything else that would have those symptoms. I know I've had some weird dreams in the past. I'm pretty thankful that when I do sleep these days, it's mostly a blackout sleep, no dreams at all.

That's not how he climbs at all. Check out a few videos of people doing parkour/climbing sometime, all the climbing in Assassin's Creed is realistic and entirely possible for someone who's had ridiculous amounts of training and practice. Now, if it were some regular asshole off the street who was suddenly able to scale a skyscraper and make it look easy, I'd agree.

If it's not the actual map, it's still very similar to what I'm expecting.

To me, weight and muscle means I have to stop and eat a burger to keep from wasting away and dying. As hilarious as it was to be a fat guy in heart boxers killing people with a chainsaw in San Andreas, I don't need fat/muscle back, just make the protagonist reasonably athletic.

I'd like hair and tattoos, but I'd settle for just getting short-sleeved clothing back. Which, considering the setting, it would have to be.
