This looks like a gun shop to me. General stores are huge, and the blacksmith has to be in an open building, no enclosed spaces.

Looks great. The only problem I see is that the stairs are too straight and orderly. Knock a few boards out of place and it's perfect.

I'm not sure why you keep associating it with Montana, there are plenty of mountains called "Big Mountain." The Big Mountain in Montana would look more like Jacobstown anyway, and what we've seen of the Big Empty is desert, so you're probably closer with the Arizona crater. Besides, if I were going to build a research center, I'd build it somewhere remote, not next to a ski resort.

I'm pretty sure the Canyon Wreckage is the entrance to Lonesome Road. It wouldn't be the Mojave Outpost, because that's the main road into California and most of the caravans travel through there, so that road definitely doesn't go to the Divide.

My money's on the train tunnel in Crescent Canyon. The projector/robot thing from the Qore footage is definitely in the Mojave Drive-In. Heartless predicted it would be the entrance to one of the DLC's, so ten points for him if he ever turns up here.

If crooked and cartoony is the look you're after, look no further than Fable 2 for inspiration. Fable 2's art style could be applied to any game and make it look charming.

Yep. I'm somehow more excited by that than some of the screenshots we've gotten for the other DLC's. I guess it's because Dead Money was red-tinted survival horror, Honest Hearts was mostly tribal wilderness, Old World Blues is all sciency, and this looks like pure wasteland, which is what I prefer.

You had to be careful doing the tractor thing. If the camera turned away from them for more than half a second, they'd start disappearing.

The big open area under Algonquin where all the subway tracks intersect would have made a great deathmatch map if there were trains running through it. Dark and cramped with moving cover/hazards tearing through the tunnels every thirty seconds? Intense.

If my 360 could survive a N.O.O.S.E. Tank rampage with twenty-car explosive pileups, I'm sure consoles can handle GTA IV graphics with quality lighting. No reason why GTA V couldn't look like this. I'm still amazed how a simple change in lighting made these graphics jump ten levels in quality.

R* should've done what Bethesda did with New Vegas and had another R* branch do a GTA spinoff. More money for them, more GTA for us. I'm sure R* San Diego could pull it off.

I haven't heard anything about it, and Synch or bOnEs would have said something if they'd heard about it. Plus, Bethesda is still working on Skyrim, no way they could have done enough work on it to be worth announcing, not even by August. Just sounds like speculation.

I understand this as a wish for easier use of RPG's inside buildings. By the way, I don't understand the red part, perhaps a small change in the grammar would help. In IV, sometimes when you're trying to shoot someone who's too close to where you're shooting from (in this case, a window or ledge), you'll end up hitting the ledge instead, which is obviously instant death with an rpg. Other times, the rocket will spiral out of control after fired and hit something other than what you aimed at.
