Easiest way to tell is to find a garbage can. It's the most drastic change. It's also a lot more noticeable if you play for 500 hours before installing the texture pack. I noticed the difference immediately, because I originally bought Fallout 3 for Xbox. I can't even look at a Bethesda game without a texture pack and an ENB, anymore. The modding community has spoiled me.

Sorry, Q. Only just had time to look over my files. For texture packs, you don't want to even acknowledge anything but NMC's pack. Even if you do get it installed and functional (I suggest doing it manually), it conflicts with a lot of mods. An ungodly amount of mods. The only safe way to run FOOK2, honestly, is to install it and nothing else, and test it with each individual mod you download. For me, it wasn't even worth it. The mods I had that conflicted with FOOK were more important to me. I suggest finding individual mods that do what FOOK does overall. ENB presets (you'll want one, but take the time to admire the texture pack, first) are personal choice. I like to mod my Fallout games to make the wasteland look as fucked-up, hostile, and inhospitable as possible.

Rockstar is fucking stupid. Here is yet another reason why. For one of Trevor's Strangers & Freaks missions, I was sent to Taqui-la-la. This is the only time in the game you will ever see this interior. I decided to take advantage, and hid in random places around the club until the retarded, forced wanted level wore off. I re-entered the club as I called my contact to confirm a successful mission. Since most of you probably didn't have the opportunity to enjoy this interior when you did this mission, I decided to get pictures of every inch of the place. This is the basement. Yes, there are pedestrians. During the mission, the club is empty, save the band, their manager, and some groupies. After the mission, trendy young people filtered in, drinking, socializing, and dancing. As 99% of people playing GTA V will never see them, I have no fucking clue why pedestrians are set to make use of the club. This is the most brutal staircase Los Santos has to offer. Rock on, etc. At the top of the staircase, I bumped into some girl who had no right to violate the Los Santos fire code and block the staircase. Because I bumped into her, she saw fit to call the police and inform them I was "harassing" her (nice one, Rockstar. I had completely forgotten about that particular fuck-up of yours). The police approached the rear door of the club, so I headed for the front door, and was hidden just long enough to avoid them. As I went back to the main floor, the police were filtering out of the club, and bumped into me. I'll say that again. The cops bumped into me. This, somehow, was taken as assault, and their attacks began anew. I retaliated, knowing there was no other place to hide, and things escalated, as they always do. It was not until SWAT arrived that I realized the club's rear door had ceased to open. I was gunned down before I could turn to fire at my attackers. Obviously, I was not able to re-enter. This concludes Why Rockstar is Fucking Stupid, Volume 872.
