Joint ops 7 Report post Posted December 29, 2011 I personally think these are good GTA characters : Niko belic : Packie magreary : Brucie P : Carl johnson : Sweet H Mabey the old guy from the trailer is your boss and he tells you to pop a cherry or kill some one to be part of the gang and you kill CJ or Niko and there head of a rival gang. OptimumPx 329 Report post Posted December 29, 2011 Carl and Sweet won't be in GTA V because they are from the old GTA III era games. They would make it worse. Niko Bellic and Brucie Kibbutz are very unlikely to appear, as I think they'd be more likely to stay in Liberty City. Anyway, I think an appearance from Niko in a cutscene or a mission wouldn't be bad. I would definitely like to see Packie again, and CJ, Brucie and Sweet I would like to see in easter eggs, like posters, TV, radio etc... Not in game, that would ruin it. He goes on to make powerful friends, take down over half of Smoke's drug ring, learns to fly, co-own a Casino, become manager to a famous rap star, and to top it all off puts his life on the line in order to get Sweet out of jail. And after Sweet is released and CJ tells him all about the great things hes done Sweets only response is to belittle CJ for thinking big, says CJ always runs away from his problems and doesn't think about the hood ever. Skip to 2:27. Fuck the hood! CJ basically co-owns half of San Fierro and Las Venturas at this point and all Sweet cares about is that run-down little side street and even has the nerve to feel sorry for himself in like his second mission out. I never really liked Niko and i didnt like the others either. Packie was ok but not anything amazing. If he was in it i wouldnt mind. I guess. I dont really have an opinion on the other guys tbh. We did in San Andreas ^^ I still don't think so when it comes to CJ, or Claude for that matter... I feel San Andreas was partially a grand farewell to the GTA III era games, that's why it tried to reference them as much as possible. You see Catalina, Claude, Ken Rosenburg, Kent Paul, Salvatore Leone...hell you fly back to Liberty City and shoot up St. Marks Bistro at one point. In any form i.e boss giving missions, a drunk in a bar who lost it all, a silent cameo.. anything! Not knowing what the fuck happened to him it still bugs me when i think about it. It was good how they put a younger him in Vice City to give a back story, but how awesome would it be if something really small (even non affective to the story line) like this was included in V! Brucie was meant to be a self absorbed asshole, that's what made it funny; listening to him saying how awesome he was when you know the truth. 3. I think that they will definitely increase the size of Vice City in the next game set there, it was actually tiny.
