Yh I'm with you, I hope there's some sort of big conspiracy around Bigfoot. It would be fantastic if there actually was a sasquatch in the woods, make it more creepy at night. Maybe a deadly big great white out at sea somewhere that kills people on boats and surfers? That would be cool.

GTA IV kinda lacked in the easter egg department, there was the heart and some references to III/SA/VC, so there's a high chance we'll see references to previous GTAs in V too. But a secret gun would be cool.
