If I remember correctly, he's after a job with a big developer, but I think he could put together one hell of an indie game. The project he's working on now is case in point. I'm already aware of it, and will be watching it. the only reason i don't wanna be an indie developer is because i can't afford to risk working on something that may or may not pay off.
