I'm contemplating buying a console by the time this is released, I've watched a few videos of this game, and it all just seems like another generic open world you-guns-police game (the whole hacking thing doesn't seem like a winning point) - and this is coming from a guy who last played a GTA game (or any games at all) since San Andreas. Every single developer could keep that information to themselves for every game ever, and no one would notice a thing until one asshole felt the need to nitpick and checked the fps himself.
