Truth 429 Report post Posted November 20, 2012 I'm thinking about a new laptop, the one I'm looking at comes with windows 8. My current one has XP and I've used windows 7, I like em both. ConQueSteD 552 Report post Posted November 20, 2012 Windows 8 sucks. All programs have to be verified through Microsoft to work with Windows 8. Meaning Games like Minecraft do not work on Windows 8. cuda 939 Report post Posted November 20, 2012 I got it. Why? Fuck da haters. I took most of the Start crap out and just have shortcuts there for software/folders. Boot is super fast, really noticeable. Haven't really had any problems with old programs either, stuff seems to work fine.
