It happens in IV which isn't a bad thing it makes it easier to get a car especially when Multiplayer glitches out and vehicles don't spawn anywhere. gtagrl 4317 Report post Posted December 22, 2012 I think car spawning should be changed from player field of view to a ring/radius/circle around the player. This. If peds and cars spawned earlier within a largish radius, you wouldn't stop at the end of a high-speed chase only watch an empty world fill in, spawning around you as you look around.
