I'm actually disappointed in the bonuses. In a game where they stress needing money and the importance of money, they give you all this free stuff, A garage full of cars, free weapons...no thanks. The physical items are cool though, but I don't think I want to spend $150 on it.

If you want it on release day and you want one of the special editions then don't go with Amazon.

They normally offer get it on release day shipping for normal copies of games...but never on the special edition copies for some asinine reason.

Stunt Plane Trials sounds awesome, probably the most worthwhile piece of the package. I could also see the Ammunation freebies coming in handy, especially early on; I've never really enjoyed starting a GTA game without enough money to buy even a pistol. Special Ability Boost sounds par for the course, and I could take or leave the outfits/tattoos. Although Trevor is rocking a pretty sweet shirt... All told, an extra $20 seems reasonable.

I'm referring to the Special Edition, of course. The Collector's Edition sounds nifty, but in my case I would be overpaying for a bunch of swag that would sit on a shelf somewhere.

i do have a local shop that will do a midnight release, just that not interested in going at midnight, my plan was to just go to a quiet local shop when it opens in the morning.. but now i want the collectors edition.
