Massacre 7646 Report post Posted September 20, 2013 You can't converse with random pedestrians, though you can hit right on the D-Pad and you might make a comment. The actual conversations are with set pedestrians that appear throughout the map. There's a guy holding a sign near a Suburban in the desert you can talk to, for example.
