Massacre 7646 Report post Posted February 12, 2014 A few months ago, there was leaked audio referencing the casino, assassinations, and other things. My guess is that it's part of that pack. Good point - if they can have wounds that heal over time and hair that gradually grows, why not clothes that gradually get filthy for as long as they're worn?
