Crew Nights are always told from multiple viewpoints, so please tell us your side of the story!! (Previous crew nights will now stay open an extra week for those who have last minute contributions to the last meet) ---Theme: St. Paddy's Day Event... as brought up by gtagrl dupz0r, i failed to realize that there's a holiday theme on the calendar this week... i gotta pay more attention to that lol... so let's have our 3rd annual st. paddys day event, instead of a no-theme... being drunk IRL is welcome, but not necessary... but put on a crazy cool green outfit, and paint your rides green too... there's highly public rumors of DLC dropping tomorrow too on twitter from the usual leakers... it could all just be hot air... but if it is, then we'll just use those cars instead, but maybe keep the green st paddys theme going anyways... from what i hear, it's just cars anyways, that's why it's not a big newswire announcement... if it's a full on lowriders 2 pack with a bunch of new content, then we'll have to consider that as the theme depending on what it really is... but yea, shenanigans is on the schedule, so let's just goof around in between playlists... if you got any snap ideas or video ideas, post 'em here so we can discuss it and see what we can come up with... and as always, post any new jobs in case dio might not of caught it on the SC ... UK PEOPLE/REST OF THE WORLD PEOPLE: we had our daylight savings spring forward thingy saturday... so we are now an hour ahead... which means you guys get an extra hour to game with us!! so the events begin at 10pm GMT for a couple of weeks ---Guidelines:* Join the iGTA community here, or befriend one of us to join the Crew. (via Social Club, PSN, Twitter, Instagram, IRL, etc.)* Add some of us on the Playstation Network to get invited. (PSN Names are underneath our Avatars)* You can join whenever, but the earlier the better. Ask for an invite if you want in. (We'll try to start the night out in a crew lobby to make things easier)* If there's an "EVENT THEME", please dress appropriately. (If you don't, stay away from crew activities and play alone)* NO CREW KILLING, unless #shenanigans happen or agreed upon. (This rule will now be further enforced due to recent engagements)* NO DIRTY RACING! Also, listen to us if there's specific rules for a job. (A number of our jobs have specific rules, try to pay attention)* NO BULLET-PROOF HELMETS during competitive play. It ruins the balance of the matches. (Not been an issue yet, don't make it one)* NO CONSUMING OF SNACKS during competitive play. Be a man and die with honor. (Not been an issue yet, don't make it one)* No going off-radar in competitive matches. (Not been an issue yet, don't make it one)* Don't ruin someone's Photo or Video if they're trying to set something up. CaPn bOnEs 8527 Report post Posted March 15, 2016 UPDATE: the new DLC will not effect crew night plans... it's just 3 new rides... perhaps we can show em off for a bit then get to the shenanigans... lowriders 2 was just smoke and mirrors.... i doubt they'll do a lowriders 2 to be honest... the shop is there now, they can just add cars here and there... lol at all the people pissed off too that it's only 3 cars lol, like who cares!! it's free content for a game 2 1/2 years old... get over it.... 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
DuPz0r 5361 Report post Posted March 15, 2016 Yup, not enough content to warrent a theme. I think R* did that on purpose and spread out the lowriders even more just because of the leaking community. And i guess from a business standpoint, less is more, because they know majority will buy every car, and then they'll release more at a later date, instead of all at once which may not persuade the customer to buy them all.
