I've tried that slip glitch on loads of spots. It works to some extent, but you can never really get past a world barrier with it. Only up slopes.

 

Thanks again to WAX6328 for yet again finding another cheat code on a wagon. Great job!

I think it's because they imported the mesh from the old game. You can see the darker dirt around the holes has an obvious square shape to the pattern which makes me think it was auto-generated.

 

I've talked about the landscape on here or the discord where I believe the landscape including foilage is auto-generated based on some simple parameters the programmers set. They then do detail work for the playable areas to make it look as good as it does but the outer areas do not matter since you aren't supposed to be there.

This is the first updated interior I've seen from R*. I've not seen any others that have had a transformation yet. Hopefully, this is the start of something good for this game.

You can't call it here, but if you walk around to Mexico side, you can call it near to the river.

 

This is a fun little glitch I've been messing with for the past few days. Reminds me of the same glitch in GTAO back in the day. But it also has the potential for us to escape the map, and cross to the other side.

I've decided to go back and continue my charting of the paths in Tempest Rim/Grizzlies West, Since there's loads of hidden paths up there. I feel like mapping them will help to tell us a story about development, and maybe we can figure out some things from it.

I've been closed minded enough to be searching as Marston for the most part, and would never have found this most likely.

So I decided to return the Guarma's smaller sister Island to the Southwest. Last time I got there by steamboat, and it went invisible before I could even get remotely close, and walked across it without being able to see it. This time I found a route that let me get there and still be able to see it!

I've been trying to find ways to escape Colter's blizzard in Chapter 1 so I can go explore the map early game. I kind of want to see if New Austin is off limits in Chapter 1.
