For some reason I love the buffalo from GTA IV. It just looks badass to me. I also love the comet. Comet is my favorite if I had to choose. But thats probably because I love porsches.

if you watch the trailer, where the homeless guy is holding a sign, in the background you will see a semi with a trailor attached drive by.. so maybe they will bring back hooking up trailors to a semi

Same, but I doubt anything to do with hijacking a passanger plane will be included. But it would be awesome if you could go onboard and then jack the plane, and then just jump out in a parachute watching the plane plummet to a fiery doom.

a 4 door Jeep Wrangler?

The scene with the hookers next to the car the bodyline on that car looks to be a 1970's or early 1980's Camaro or Firebird. Has the same exact roofline but tailights are different.

Looks like a mixture between a Firebird, Camaro and a Corvette. Banshee maybe?
